Arden Courts service Providers

Arden Courts has relationships with several Providers and can assist in obtaining information so that each Resident can make a choice about which Provider will best serve his/her needs.

Residents are responsible to pay Ancillary Providers for the services they provide, and have the right to make their own choice about the Provider they choose as long as that Provider complies with Arden Courts policies and procedures and applicable law. If the Provider the Resident chooses cannot comply with these requirements, Arden Courts will notify the Resident so that he/she can select another Provider. If the Resident does not select another Provider, Arden Courts will select another Provider to obtain the needed services and the Resident will be responsible to pay for these services.
